Long Road Distillers in Grand Rapids is looking to add a Dishwasher to our talented, energetic, and creative kitchen team. We work hard, enjoy what we do, and take pride in our spirits, food, and level of service. We are looking for a self-starter who will quickly amass an in-depth familiarity with the kitchen’s operations so that they may assist the Executive Chef and Line Cooks in maintaining a clean and safe working environment while preparing appetizers and entrees to help ensure the highest quality experience for our customers and guests.

• No previous restaurant experience required, but it’s a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to):

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations, and dish storage.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Check cleanliness and condition of all items before and after washing, reporting any damages or inconsistencies.
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dishwashing, and storage areas.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
